During my research I have found material that should be helpful for your decision-making about some Fad Diet Plans.

Listed below is a brief summary of the One Good Meal Diet.

I draw some personal conclusions, warnings, etc. but the choice is always up to you.

3.5 ounces of ham + fruit salad + 2 eggs

Anything you like ( in moderation) not over 500 calories then repeat the entire diet for 7 more days !!
